When planning a service, you have many options available to you and we will do all that we can provide a beautiful and respectful ceremony. No matter your choice, we can offer you a space to join with family and friends in grief, comfort, and love. And above all, we will do our utmost to honor your loved one. We will be happy to go over all your options and answer any questions that you may have.
Direct Cremation Package
- Our Direct Cremation Package Includes:
- Transportation of your loved one into our care
- Basic services of Funeral Director and Staff
- Basic cremation container
- Cremation process
- Filing of Death Certificate
- Notification to the Social Security Administration
- Assistance in preparing an obituary and placing it on our website

Graveside Service Package
Many families prefer the peaceful, simple, and dignified service offered at a graveside. Our staff will coordinate all the details for a graveside committal service including contacting the cemetery and clergy or musicians if desired. We also provide 6-25 chairs, bottled water, and umbrellas for the comfort of you and your guests. This package includes all of the services provided in the direct cremation package along with the following additional services:
- Urn suitable for burial
- Arranging and directing a graveside service at a cemetery within our service area

Memorial Service Package
Memorial services allow family members and friends to come together and recognize traditions, share memories, and honor the life of someone that was loved. We can arrange for a memorial service in our chapel in Kansas City or at a place of worship in our service area. Our package includes all of the services of our direct cremation package along with the following:
- Urn
- Coordination and direction of a memorial service at our chapel in Kansas City or at a place of worship in our service area
- A gathering time for one hour prior to the service if desired
- Our premium package, which includes guest book, prayer cards, and acknowledgment cards
- Composition and placement of an obituary notice in your local newspaper and submission to our website

Veterans Tribute Package
We have a long history of assisting veterans with the benefits and services that they are entitled to and that they deserve. Our Veterans Service Package offers the families of veterans who proudly served our country the ability to recognize their sacrifice. Our staff is committed to ensuring that your family receives all the benefits available through the local, state, and federal governments. While all the forms that customarily pertain to veterans burial benefits are available on our website, for families that chose our Veterans Package, our knowledgeable counselors will take the time to ensure that every document is completed accurately and that it is submitted to the proper VA or government office. Our veterans tribute package includes all of the services of our direct cremation package along with the following:
- Urn with the branch of service insignia
- Coordination and direction of a graveside service at the State Veterans Cemetery at a cemetery in our service area
- A wooden flag case for displaying the flag presented during military honors
- Scheduling of military honors (if desired), including a firing squad, taps, and folding and presentation of the flag by uniformed US Military personnel
