Scott Smith

Scott W. Smith, age 60, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed May 15, 2016 at St. Luke's South Hospital, Overland Park, Kansas. Scott graduated from Central High School in 1973 and then went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1977. He was known as a talented pianist and a wonderful storyteller. Scott was self employed and built his success through the years as a Manufacture Representative, selling to many local and chain retail stores. Scott was preceded in death by his father, Wesley C. Smith. Survivors include: mother Virginia (McCelland) Smith, of Kansas City, Missouri; sister Virginia "GiGi" Stevenson (husband Robert), of Overland Park, Kansas; brother R."Clay" Smith, of Palm Desert, California; nephews John and Scott Dickson.
