Jeffrey Lee Scott Fisk, age 52

A resident of Kansas City, Missouri

Jeff died at his residence on January 9, 2021

Jeff was born on November 25, 1968 in Kansas City, Kansas and was adopted by James Lee and Thaylia Ann Fisk.

He is survived by his daughter, Cecilia Ann Fisk, brothers, Jason and Mike Williams, and his father James Lee Fisk and his stepmother Mary Jo Fisk.

Jeff graduated from Grandview High School, Grandview, Missouri in the top 10% of his class. He was a semi-finalist in the National Merit Scholarship competition and received a full

academic scholarship to the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education degree.

He served in the U.S. Navy as a 3rd class petty officer with a Sonar Technician rate. After his Naval service he started a physical fitness business based on his experience in the

Navy SEAL school.

He also was employed in the food service business in Kansas City.

Jeff’s place of rest will be at Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, Kansas.
