Erin Orth

Erin Marie Orth, age 61, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away February
22, 2021 at Brookdale Overland Park Assisted Living, Overland Park,
Kansas. Erin was born and raised in
southern California, and lived in Puerto Rico and Minnesota before
settling in Kansas with her husband. She loved cooking and baking for
the holidays, attending concerts and plays, reading her books, and the
many RV trips she took with her mother to see the country and visit
family and friends. Erin is survived by her husband of 34 years, Bruce
Hoffman, her mother Annette Orth, brothers Tony, Christopher, Casey
and Nickolas, sisters Mimi, Monica, Rosslyn and Paula, aunt Erna Orth,
and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her father,
Ralph Orth, sisters Mary and Tina, and brother Jonathan. A family
memorial service will be held at a later date.

Erin was a kind and loving soul and will be greatly missed.

Memorials may be made to the ALS Association Mid-America Chapter. The
family thanks the KU ALS Clinic and Kansas City Hospice for their care
and guidance, and gives special thanks to Erin's caregivers and staff
at Brookdale Overland Park for their compassion and support during her
final year.
