Ecko Marie Wilson

Ecko Wilson, 41, of Nevada, MO passed away February 16, 2025 6:30 at KU Hospital, K.C. Kansas surrounded by her family/friends. A memorial celebration will be held at Marmaduke Park, Rec building 600 W Highland Ave. Nevada Mo. on February 25, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. A Go-Fund Me page can be found or CashApp for anyone who is able to help family with expenses.

Ecko Wilson was born July 11, 1983 in Peoria Illinois. She was about 4 months old when her parents James & Carolyn Wilson had moved to Nevada, November of 1983. Ecko spent her entire life in Nevada. She withdrew from school to care for her mother, who suffered a stroke in April, 1998, and continued to care for her mother until she fell ill. Ecko was selfless with a big sense of humor. She loved music, cruising and most of all fishing. Family and friends was her everything.

Ecko was preceded in death by her father, James Wilson, Grandma, Hazel, Mary Shotts, Grandfather, Tom Shotts & Jessie Wilson. Aunts, Mary Jones, Leeanna Wilson. Uncles Frank WIlson, Eddie Shotts.

Ecko is survived by her Mother, Carolyn S. Wilson, 4-Sisters Jamie & Kenneth Silvers, Jody & Steve Jordan, Sheila & Mark Keller, Cindy Wilson. 1-Brother, Michael Porter and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
