Beth A. Jennings

Kansas City, Missouri – Beth A Jennings went home to Jesus on December 10, 2023, at the age of 63.

Beth was born to Omer (Spike) and Marian Tomlinson on June 22, 1960, in Springfield, Illinois. She attended Shawnee Mission High School. Beth studied journalism and graduated from K-State University in 1982. She met John in 1993 and they were married in 1995. Beth went on to start her own business, Creative Business Promotions, and managed it for over 10 years. She was a dedicated and loving mother to her daughter, Katie. Beth loved watching her daughter in various sporting events and school activities. Throughout Beth's life she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her. She taught Sunday School at her church for many years.

Beth joins her parents, Omer (Spike) and Marian, and brother Dave, in Heaven. She is survived by her husband John, daughter Katie, brother Dan, and many nieces and nephews too numerous to list.

The family invites you to a celebration of life service held in her honor at Church of The Resurrection - Wesley Covenant Chapel located at 13720 Roe Ave., Leawood, Kansas on Saturday, December 30, 2023. Visitation will be from 12PM to 2PM and the service to follow at 2PM. Reception will follow, and location will be announced after the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Melanoma Research Foundation or National MS Society.
